What is your return/exchange policy?

At Projct Divine, we strive to provide our customers with correct, high quality products. We have many measures to ensure your product is of the upmost quality. In this case, there will be a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

In the case of a product arriving damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issues and make it right.

False chargebacks will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.

What is your shipping policy?

Pre Made: Pre Made items may take up to 10 business days to ship. We will do our best to ship all orders received as soon as possible.

Pre-Order: Pre-Order items will typically take longer than premade items. Pre-Order Items may take up to 30 business days to ship out after the pre-order window closes. Note that this window will be clearly indicated.

International shipping: We will not be responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties caused by international shipping. These fees must be covered by the customer upon delivery. Refunds will not be available for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once the order is in hands of the carrier, USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

How do I care for my garments?

It is recommended to turn clothes inside out and wash them with cold water. This will reduce risk of fading and shrinking in the wash, increasing the longevity.

What sizes do you offer?

Currently, Projct Divine supplies a men's size range of S, M, L, XL. We are committed in the future to increasing this size range and implementing women's sizing.

How can I track my order?

You may track your order by navigating to the tracking page and imputing your order number. This will give you real time data on where your item is on it's journey to you.
