Refund policy

At Project.Divine, we strive to provide our customers with correct, high quality products. We have many measures to ensure your product is of the upmost quality. In this case, there will be a no refund policy. All sales are final and non-refundable.

In the case of a product arriving damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issues and make it right.

False chargebacks will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
