Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Project.Divine. Our goal is to provide customers with a flawless and satisfactory experience. We strive to ship orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Pre Made: Pre Made items may take up to 10 business days to ship. We will do our best to ship all orders received as soon as possible.

Pre-Order: Pre-Order items will typically take longer than premade items. Pre-Order Items may take up to 30 business days to ship out after the pre-order window closes. Note that this window will be cleary indicated.

International shipping: We will not be responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties caused by international shipping. These fees must be covered by the customer upon delivery. Refunds will not be available for international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

Lost Packages: Once the order is in hands of the carrier, USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
